That’s why we offer Discover Class, a foundational course designed to help you understand our church’s mission, grow in your relationship with God, and find your place in our church family.

What is Discover Class?

Discover Class is a four-week course that takes you through the core values, beliefs, and mission of On Target Church. Each week covers essential topics to help you integrate into the church community and strengthen your walk with Christ. Whether you are new to faith or simply new to On Target Church, this class will provide you with the knowledge and tools to take your next step in your spiritual journey.

What You’ll Learn

Week 1: Family 101 – The Heart of On Target Church

Discover the incredible story of how On Target Church began, the vision behind our mission, and why we believe in building a strong faith community. You’ll learn about our commitment to being a church that follows God’s direction and how you can become a part of our growing family.

Week 2: Essentials 201 – Building a Strong Foundation

What does it mean to be a disciple of Christ? This session focuses on developing a personal relationship with God through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship. You’ll learn the importance of applying God’s Word in your life and how to grow in your faith.

Week 3: Discovery 301 – Uncovering Your Spiritual Gifts

God has uniquely gifted each of us with talents and abilities to serve His kingdom. In this class, you’ll take a Spiritual Gifts Test to help identify your God-given strengths and explore ways to use them in ministry and outreach. Whether you are called to serve in worship, teaching, outreach, or hospitality, we want to help you find your purpose.

Week 4: God’s Purpose for the Church – Living Out Your Calling

In this final session, we explore God’s design for the church and how each member plays a vital role. We’ll discuss ways to stay connected, grow as a disciple, and make an impact in our local community and beyond.
