Pastors Gary and Melissa Weaver founded On Target Church in 2020, along with

their daughter Salah who is a member of the OTC Praise & Worship team. Prior to

coming to OTC, Pastor Weaver spent three years as lead pastor at two local

churches and served as associate pastor for five years prior to that. His desire has

always been to see people saved and transformed by the power of Jesus Christ.

He also has had the fire of revival burning in his heart, desiring to set the

community ablaze with wonder working power of Jesus. OTC has flourished into

a growing family church that seeks to experience the Spirit, welcome and

embrace the lost with a desire to live out the Word.

Trampus and Abby met Pastors Gary and Melissa in 2019 and fell in love with their vision for what the church should be. So, in 2020, when On Target Church was started Trampus and Abby asked for guidance from the Lord and were told to follow. They feel they have found a home to grow their family in their faith. 

Abby is our worship leader while Trampus runs the sound and live stream.  They make a wonderful team and have been an instrumental to part to the growth here at OTC. 

Tammy joined the community in 2021 when she married into the Wolfe family. Her husband Lorn grew up just minutes from the church. They live on the family farm with their younger children. 

She comes to On Target Church from Loch Lynn Church of God in Oakland, MD. OTC offers a praise and worship service that feels like home. 

Tammy is a Registered Nurse and educator. She loves to teach Bible Study, share devotions, and help all believers connect and grow in spiritual gifts. She serves as the Ladies' ministry leader for Thursday family night. 

 Tim joined OTC in the spring of 2023. Since then, he has become an intricate part of the team at On Target Church, when we asked Tim how he wanted to describe the work the Lord has done in his life this is what he told us: "I used to cast my nets to catch fish, but now I cast the message of God to reach people. I was once a fisher of fish, but now I am a fisher of men, sharing His love and truth with others. My nets are no longer made of rope but of love, faith, and the truth of His Word. The tides have shifted, and my purpose is clear—to lead others to the One who called me from the shore to follow Him."  “Jesus said, ‘Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.’” – Mark 1:17

Megan and her family had been looking for a home church for a few years before finding OTC, but once they attended our Camo Sunday service in 2022, they knew they had found a place to call home. She and her husband Brad along with their two girls have grown so much since joining the OTC Family, and feel like they couldn't have found a better fit. 

Megan comes to us from a background in education and she stepped out in faith the beginning of 2024 after feeling God's calling to join our team. She is currently working as our administrative assistant, and education team leader for the church.
